Egyptian Foreign Ministry: Not Responsible for the Closure of Rafah Crossing

The spokesperson for the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Abu Zaid, stated on the social media platform "X" today, Friday, that "Egypt is not responsible for the closure of the Rafah crossing between it and the Gaza Strip, despite Israel targeting it four times and refusing aid entry." He added, "Today, responsibility is being placed on it for hindering the exit of third-country nationals... The crossing is open, and Egypt is not responsible for obstructing their departure."
