Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated today, Saturday, that "Russia is committed to its conditions for returning to the grain export agreement via the Black Sea, which it withdrew from in July." Peskov added, "Russia specifically wants to reconnect its state agricultural bank to the global payment system 'SWIFT,' not to a subsidiary of the bank as proposed by the United Nations."
