World Bank President Ajay Banga announced today, Tuesday, that China is a "relatively good partner" for his institution. Banga mentioned in his speech at a forum of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York that there have been no discussions with the United States or China regarding changing the structure of the bank's shareholders.
