Five Dead in Criminal Shooting in Israel

Israeli police announced on Thursday that five men were killed in a shooting in a suburb of Nazareth in the north of the country. Dr. Atef Salem from Israeli emergency services stated, "We arrived at the scene with a large force and saw that it was an extremely difficult scene," adding, "Five injured individuals lost consciousness and suffered serious injuries to their bodies." The Israeli police indicated that they had sent a large number of forces to the area to search for suspects, confirming that the incident was criminal in nature. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement, "I was shocked by the terrible murder near Nazareth... We are determined to stop this series of killings."
