Kremlin Downplays the Significance of Second Ship Crossing to Odesa Port

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on Monday that "the crossing of a second ship from Ukraine through a temporary corridor in the Black Sea is not related to the prospects of reaching a new grain agreement involving Russia." Peskov added, "the chances of reviving the grain agreement depend on the West fulfilling its commitments to Moscow regarding Russian grain and fertilizer exports."
