A man, identified as Sh. N., opened fire on a woman, M. H., in a restaurant parking lot in Kasarah for unknown reasons, and then shot himself. Civil Defense personnel transported M. H.'s body to the Governmental Hospital in Zahle, while the perpetrator was taken to the Lebanese French Hospital, where he died on Friday afternoon.
