An Iraqi security source reported today, Saturday, that a disagreement over agricultural land led an officer to kill a citizen in Baghdad. The source stated that "a citizen was killed in the Al-Obaidi area of the capital Baghdad by a Federal Police officer with the rank of Captain." Additionally, it was mentioned that "the incident was the result of disputes over a piece of agricultural land."
