The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued a statement today, Friday, stating: "On September 21, 2023, the Intelligence Directorate arrested citizen (H.D.) in the town of Kfartabnit - Nabatieh and his brother (H.D.) in the town of Bait Mery - Mount Lebanon for engaging in drug trafficking. A large quantity of cannabis and cocaine, along with equipment used for packaging narcotic substances, was seized from them. The confiscated items were handed over and an investigation with the detainees was initiated under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
