Chinese Minister: We Aim to Enhance Cooperation with Gulf Countries in Various Fields

Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao said on Sunday that China seeks to enhance cooperation in the oil and gas sector with Gulf countries, as well as looking forward to prospects for collaboration in industries related to eco-friendly energy vehicles, such as electric batteries and smart charging stations. The Ministry of Commerce stated in a statement that Wang, during a meeting with officials from the Gulf Cooperation Council in Guangzhou, southern China, called for more industrial cooperation to enhance the smoothness and stability of industry and supply chains.
