The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Lebanon expressed its condemnation of the "terrorist attack involving drones loaded with explosive munitions on the graduation ceremony of officers at the military academy in Homs, which resulted in a number of casualties among civilians and military personnel, as well as dozens of injuries, including critical injuries among invited civilian families, including women and children." The ministry extended heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the Syrian people, both government and citizens, for this painful tragedy, and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded and injured. The Foreign Ministry particularly emphasized that killing civilians constitutes an unacceptable act of terrorism.
