The Russian Federal Security Service stated today, Monday, that "traces of explosives were found aboard a ship that moved from Turkey to the port of Rostov for grain loading." The security service noted that "the ship had docked at the Ukrainian port of Kilia in May and may have been used to deliver explosives to Ukraine." It added: "The ship changed its name while in the Turkish port of Tuzla this month and replaced its crew, which consisted of 12 Ukrainians," pointing out that "these circumstances may suggest the possibility of the foreign civilian ship being used to deliver explosives to Ukrainian territories."
