Russia Intercepts American Drone Over the Black Sea

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Saturday, that it sent a Sukhoi-30 fighter jet to prevent an American drone from breaching Russia's borders over the Black Sea. The ministry stated in a statement that the Russian crew identified the drone as a reconnaissance aircraft of the U.S. Air Force, specifically an MQ-9A Reaper, which moved away from the border as the Russian aircraft approached.
