After the Karabakh Explosion: Red Cross Reveals Injury Numbers

It mentioned that it is "providing medical assistance to those with burns and transporting some individuals by ambulance, but is facing overcrowding in hospitals and disruptions in traffic." The explosion happened as thousands of Armenians were fleeing the area following Azerbaijan's defeat of Armenian fighters in a swift military operation.
