To access the new feature, users need to update the WhatsApp application, after which a "HD" button will automatically appear next to the photo editing options before sending it to someone else. By clicking on this option, the user will be able to choose the resolution of the sent photo from two options. When the recipient receives the photo sent to them, it will show in the left corner that it was sent in "HD" quality.
