A loud explosion was heard in the areas of Douma Armon, Khalda, and Naameh, south of the capital Beirut. Media sources suggested that it was likely caused by Israeli warplanes breaking the sound barrier while conducting mock raids off the Lebanese coast. It is noted that Israeli aircraft have been flying over coastal areas, particularly Khalda and Naameh, for about an hour.
