Allowing Russian Participation in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games

Russian athletes will be able to compete either as a full team or as neutrals in the upcoming Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, following a vote by members of the International Paralympic Committee against the complete suspension of Russia on Friday. The International Paralympic Committee stated, "During the committee meeting in Bahrain, 74 voted against the complete suspension of the Russian Paralympic Committee for violating membership obligations, while 65 voted in favor (13 members were absent)."
