ISIS announced today, Tuesday, its responsibility for an attack on a passenger bus in Kabul, according to the group's account on the Telegram app. A police spokesperson stated that "at least seven people were killed in an explosion targeting a bus in the western part of the Afghan capital today, Tuesday."
