Incident and Gunfire in Al-Jisreen Neighborhood in Al-Zahariyeh - Tripoli

An individual altercation occurred between a number of young men in the Al-Jisreen neighborhood in Al-Zahariyeh, which later escalated into mutual gunfire between the parties involved. As a result, an individual was accidentally injured in the leg while present in the area and was transported to Tripoli Government Hospital for treatment. Following this, a force from the Lebanese Army arrived at the scene, supported by an intelligence patrol that is conducting raids and arrests of those responsible for the altercation and gunfire in preparation for their detention. It has been reported that the incident stems from old disputes between the two parties.
