Iranian Revolutionary Guard Showcases Naval Influence

The commander of the naval forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Admiral Ali Reza Tangsiri, revealed that an American ship complied with their orders, moving 180 miles away upon sighting Revolutionary Guard boats. According to the Tasnim news agency, Admiral Tangsiri stated, "At one point, NATO countries did not respect our maritime laws, but today they comply with the warnings of the Revolutionary Guard's Navy. For example, Revolutionary Guard ships once approached an American aircraft carrier, and that carrier fled 180 miles." He added, "In the Revolutionary Guard Navy, we have increased the speed of our fast boats from 90 to 110 knots. We have also managed to install missile launchers on 8-meter long fast boats. We are the first country in the West Asian region to manufacture a boat capable of launching drones from aboard."
