Kuwait National Petroleum Company announced on the "X" platform today, Friday, that a fire broke out in area six, unit number 35 at Al-Ahmadi Port Refinery, adding that "firefighting teams at the refinery are currently dealing with the fire." The company stated, "We will provide you with more details as soon as they become available."
