Citizens blocked the road connecting the towns of Deir Ammar and Burj al-Yahudi in Miniyeh - Tripoli with piled-up waste on the sides of the road, protesting against its accumulation and failure to be removed. The waste is causing foul odors and has turned into breeding grounds for rodents, stray animals, and insects. The residents demanded that it be removed as soon as possible to mitigate the harm they are facing.
