A statement issued by the media office of Hamas today, Tuesday, reported that Israeli forces have killed at least 16,248 people in the Gaza Strip since October 7, including 7,112 children and 4,885 women. The statement also mentioned that at least 43,616 people have been injured and that at least 7,600 individuals are missing. It added that Israeli forces have dropped over 50,000 tons of explosives on the homes of civilians, hospitals, schools, and other institutions since the war began, resulting in the complete destruction of approximately 52,000 housing units, 69 schools, 121 government buildings, and 100 mosques.
