The President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, mourned today, Friday, the passing of former international Iraqi player Sharar Haidar. Darjal stated in a post on his Facebook page, "With deep sadness and sorrow, we extend our condolences to the sports community, the football family, and the family of the deceased on the passing of international player and former president of Al-Karkh Club, Sharar Haidar."
