Hamas Delegation Including Haniyeh and Meshaal Arrives in Cairo

A statement issued by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) reported that officials from the movement, including the head of the political bureau in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, and the head of the political bureau abroad, Khaled Meshaal, arrived in Cairo today, Thursday. The statement mentioned that "the high-level delegation met with the head of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service, Major General Abbas Kamel, to discuss the current situation in the Gaza Strip, which is administered by Hamas."
