Nasrallah: International Changes Positive for Resistance Axis and Negative for Israel

The Secretary-General of "Hezbollah," Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, affirmed today, Friday, that the agreement between Iran and Saudi Arabia to resume diplomatic relations "will slow down the normalization process with Israel."

During a celebration for "World Quds Day," Nasrallah stated that "the Iranian-Saudi agreement has significant impacts on the region and will slow down the normalization process, aided by the foolish actions of this corrupt and criminal Israeli government."

He continued, "There have been major developments over the past year at the international level, in the region, and in Palestine."

Nasrallah noted that "recent international changes have had a positive effect for the Resistance axis and a negative outcome for the Israeli entity."

He added: "The bet on a U.S.-backed war, supported by Israel and the Gulf states, against Iran has failed."

Regarding the recent rocket launches from southern Lebanon towards northern Israel, Nasrallah considered it "an important and significant event."

He argued that "the balance of fear is what made the Israeli response limited and ridiculous," emphasizing that "no infrastructure of Hezbollah or Hamas (in Lebanon) has been bombed."

He also mentioned that "the return of normal political relations between Syria and Arab states, and Turkey's efforts to restore relations with Damascus, are important transformations."
