Abbas al-Halabi, the Minister of Education and Higher Education in the caretaker government, cut short his participation in the UNESCO conference following the death of his brother. Consequently, he returned to Lebanon. The scheduled speech will be delivered by the Minister of Information in the caretaker government, Ziad Al-Makari.
