Sisi: There is No Peace Without Protection for Civilians from Both Sides

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized today, Thursday, that Egypt is making every effort to contain the escalation in the conflict between Israel and Hamas and to achieve a ceasefire. Sisi stated in his speech, "We are trying to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza, and our calls will not cease. We are speaking with all leaders and officials." He added, "There is no peace without providing protection for civilians from both sides."
