Ukraine: We Killed the Commander of the Russian Fleet in the Black Sea

Days after the devastating strike, the Ukrainian military announced that it had killed the Commander of the Russian Fleet in the Black Sea, Admiral Viktor Sokolov. The Ukrainian special forces clarified in a statement on Telegram today, Monday, "34 officers were killed, including the commander of the Russian Fleet in the Black Sea," during a strike they conducted on the naval headquarters in Sevastopol in the Crimean Peninsula last Friday. They also added that "the headquarters is now irreparable." It is still unclear how the Ukrainian special forces counted the casualties in the attack.
