Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov indicated on Wednesday that "Russia wishes to expand relations with North Korea in all possible areas." Peskov's remarks came in response to a question from reporters regarding North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's visit last week to the far east of Russia, where he held talks with President Vladimir Putin. Putin had recently noted that his country "will not violate any agreements related to Korea" following his meeting with the North Korean leader in far eastern Russia.
