UN Security Council Reaffirms Support for Peace Process in Yemen

The United Nations Security Council stressed the necessity of achieving tangible progress in the ongoing discussions that have lasted for over a year regarding the establishment of a peace process in Yemen, under the auspices of the United Nations. Council members emphasized at the conclusion of a closed session on Yemen that "it is important to achieve rapid and tangible progress in the ongoing discussions regarding peace in the country."
