The Saudi ambassador in Beirut, Walid Bukhari, received his Qatari counterpart, Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Sahlawi, to bid farewell on the occasion of the end of his term as ambassador for his country to Lebanon. During the meeting, they discussed the preparatory meeting for the quintuple meeting that will be held in Doha next week.
Member of the "Democratic Gathering" bloc, Deputy Marwan Hamada, visited the Saudi ambassador to discuss the current situation in Lebanon from all its aspects, leading up to the anticipated quintuple meeting, which is hoped to help Lebanon emerge from its crises. In this context, Hamada praised the pioneering and historic role that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays in supporting Lebanon, stating that it has stood by Lebanon during critical periods and has been a supporter at all levels, not to mention the presence of the largest Lebanese community in the Gulf countries, which receives brotherly treatment from Saudi officials.
