Dubai Municipality announced the temporary closure of public parks and night swimming beaches due to weather conditions. In a statement issued on Sunday, it noted that public parks would be closed temporarily starting at 6 PM on Sunday, stating, "This is in the interest of your safety during the prevailing weather conditions in the emirate. Stay safe."
The announcement continued: "To avoid the risks of the prevailing weather fluctuations in the emirate, Dubai Municipality is also announcing the temporary closure of night swimming beaches starting at 7 PM on Sunday."
