The forecasts department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects that tomorrow's weather will be partially cloudy with fog in the highlands and a slight increase in temperatures. The following is stated in the bulletin:

- **General Situation**: A low-pressure system is dominating the eastern Mediterranean, leading to variable and occasionally rainy weather, which will retreat starting Thursday morning.

- **Note**: The average temperatures in Beirut for November range between 16 and 25 degrees.

**Expected Weather in Lebanon**:

- **Wednesday**: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a noticeable decrease in temperatures on the coast, and little to no change in the mountains and inland. Fog will form in the mountains, and scattered rain will fall in the northern half of the country, with some scattered snow at an altitude of 2200 meters. Rain will gradually lessen starting in the afternoon.

- **Thursday**: Partly cloudy with fog in the highlands and a slight increase in temperatures.

- **Friday**: Few clouds to partly cloudy overall, with little to no change in temperatures. Local fog will form in the morning and evening.

- **Saturday**: Partly cloudy to cloudy with high clouds, with little to no change in temperatures.

- **Surface Winds**: Southwesterly, with speeds ranging between 10 and 40 km/h.

- **Visibility**: Moderate on the coast, worsening in the highlands due to fog.

- **Relative Humidity on the Coast**: Between 60 and 80 percent.

- **Sea Condition**: Moderate waves, surface water temperature: 23 degrees.
