The Tobacco and Tobacco Products Administration ("Regie") continued its efforts to combat smuggling, as it seized quantities of smuggled tobacco products, counterfeit molasses, as well as electronic cigarettes (vapes) during a raid in the towns of Haissa, Bbaneen, and Berqail in Akkar. Reports of violations have been documented for the offenders, which will be examined by the competent judiciary.
