A newborn baby girl was found in the Qubbah area of Tripoli, near the Regie. Investigations are underway to track down those responsible for abandoning the infant in the street. In the past two weeks, another baby was found in a box in Tripoli, in addition to another who was rescued by a dog after being discovered in a waste dump.
