Identification of the Mother After Abandoning Her Daughter in Sblin

After finding a newborn girl in the outskirts of the town of Sblin about a week ago, security forces were able to identify the mother, who turned out to be from a Bedouin background. Details reveal that the mother became pregnant from an illicit relationship and is still only seventeen years old. She decided to abandon the newborn and traveled from the outskirts of the town of Abbasieh near Tyre, where she resides, to Sblin to leave her in the woods. According to reports, the Internal Security Forces, specifically the Abbasieh station, arrested the mother under orders from the head of the station, and the case is now under judicial review.
