Justice Minister to Italy

The Minister of Justice in the caretaker government, Henry Khoury, left for Italy yesterday, Sunday, at the invitation of the Italian government to participate in the ministerial conference organized by the Italian government in collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on Friday in the Italian city of Palermo, to mark the twentieth anniversary of the entry into force of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC). The Minister of Justice held his first meeting this morning with the head of the Italian Cooperation Organization, Leonardo Carminati, where they agreed to strengthen future cooperation and find ways to assist the Ministry of Justice in various fields.
