What Does a Constant Feeling of Hunger Indicate?

Some people complain of a constant feeling of hunger despite eating three or more meals a day, and in addition, they sometimes feel weak. Dr. Tatyana Shapovainko mentions in a television program that one of the reasons for a constant feeling of hunger is diabetes. The person may either be suffering from the disease or have a genetic predisposition to it. She says, "First of all, anyone experiencing this issue should check their blood sugar levels before breakfast and then throughout the day to see if they have glucose intolerance or prediabetes, as this condition is the first warning sign of an insulin production problem." According to her, necessary tests should be conducted and the issue should not be neglected, especially if there is a family history of diabetes, either past or present, in order to take the necessary measures to prevent the situation from worsening.
