Shooting at Central Train Station in Germany

The German magazine "Focus" reported that gunfire was fired at the central train station in the city of Wuppertal today, Tuesday, prompting police to launch a wide security operation. A person suspected of involvement in the attack has been arrested and is currently being interrogated while the search continues for two other individuals who participated in the attack. A police spokesperson stated in a statement, "Initial findings indicate that the weapons were not of a highly dangerous type." Witnesses reported that gunfire was shot into the air following a fight between three individuals at a bus station outside the train station before the three fled the scene. The statement added that the circumstances of the incident remain unclear and that the police are investigating the matter.
