The army leadership – Directorate of Guidance announced the arrest of a citizen (A.D.) in Jurd Mishmish – Akkar, for having opened fire during a wedding ceremony in the Abi Samra area of Tripoli on 19/8/2023, which resulted in the death of a citizen. Investigations with the arrested individual have commenced under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
