The news agencies stated that Ushakov informed Russian media that the heads of 17 African states would speak at the Russian-African summit, which will take place this Thursday and Friday. Ushakov announced that South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, who "plays a crucial role in advancing African initiatives," will hold a bilateral meeting with Putin on Saturday, the day following the multilateral summit.
