The Head of the Beirut Bar Association, Nader Kaspaar, stated in an interview with "Waradana" that "as a bar association, we do not possess pressing power on the ground; our strength lies in our pen." During a lecture titled "The Syrian Displacement Problem in Lebanon," alongside the Acting Director General of General Security, Major General Elias Bissri, he announced that "we will hold meetings between General Security officers and a group of lawyers to discuss the issue of displacement from a legal perspective, based on Major General Bissri's request." Kaspaar emphasized that "we are the primary center for law, and we will see where we can assist."
