The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance announced that on 10/11/2023, a patrol from the Navy of the Army managed to thwart an illegitimate human smuggling operation by sea off the coast of Tripoli, and rescued 29 migrants, all of whom were of Syrian nationality, who were on board the vessel as it was sinking.
