At least 4 people were injured in a shooting that occurred during American football games at a high school in Del City, Oklahoma, on Tuesday. Players and spectators rushed out of the Choctaw High School stadium, as video clips showed.
According to the Choctaw Police Chief, there are 4 injuries, and one high school student was treated at the hospital for a thigh injury and has since been released, along with another injury involving a broken leg. Local media reported that there are currently no suspects in custody; however, Fox 25 stated that the suspect is a Black male wearing a gray jacket who managed to escape in an unknown vehicle. Police cordoned off the stadium and searched the stands and the area around the high school for the shooter, who is believed to have fired 3 shots.
