If you know American citizens seeking assistance from the US embassy in Lebanon, please ask them to complete the crisis intake form."
The State Department advised American citizens to refrain from traveling to Lebanon and recommended that they make appropriate arrangements to leave the country. It also advised those who choose to stay in Lebanon to prepare emergency plans.
