The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces announced the arrest of a person named F. A. (born in 1985, Syrian) aboard a passenger transport van headed from Baalbek to Beirut. He was arrested due to the possession of:
- A large quantity of marijuana packaged inside 4 plastic bags.
- A quantity of cocaine base divided into 4 plastic containers.
- 3 paper envelopes containing cocaine base.
- 50 plastic containers and a large quantity of nylon bags used for packaging drugs.
He was handed over to the Dhahr al-Baidar police station along with the seized items to take the necessary legal action against him, based on the directive of the competent judiciary.
