White House National Security spokesman John Kirby responded today, Thursday, to the Kremlin's accusation of the United States planning the attack with two drones, stating that "Russia's claims are false regarding the United States' involvement in the attack on the Kremlin with drones." Kirby added in remarks to MSNBC: "The United States does not encourage or enable Ukraine to strike targets outside its borders."
