The Premier League club Everton announced today, Thursday, that it has signed former England international defender Ashley Young for one year. The 38-year-old Young stated, "I know that things haven’t gone well for Everton in the past two seasons, but the ambition of coach Sean Dyche and talking to him and listening to what he wants to do to change the fortunes of the team was a key factor in my decision." Young, who spent nine years at Manchester United, will bring valuable experience to the team, having won titles in the Premier League, Serie A, the UEFA Europa League, the FA Cup, and the League Cup.
