U.S. stocks closed mixed on Friday, with healthcare company shares rising and some of the largest companies by market value on Wall Street declining. Shares of Nvidia, Microsoft, and Meta Platforms fell, while the services sector in the S&P 500 increased. According to preliminary data, the S&P 500 rose 1.81 points or 0.04% to close at 4536.68 points, while the Nasdaq Composite lost 30.32 points or 0.22% to close at 14032.99 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 8.21 points or 0.02% to close at 35233.39 points.
