Lebanese Embassy in Rabat Assures Mikati: Everyone is Safe

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants monitored the situation on the ground with Lebanon’s ambassador in Rabat, Ziad Attallah, who communicated in recent hours with members of the Lebanese community, assuring their safety. The damages they faced were limited to material losses. The ministry expressed its "full sympathy with the Kingdom of Morocco and its brotherly people regarding this tragedy, wishing mercy for the victims and healing for the injured." Prime Minister Najib Mikati was informed through a series of calls made to the Lebanese embassy in Rabat that all Lebanese in Morocco are safe.
